PAB Vision

We believe that data drive transparent, informed decision making, and that program analyses are essential to demonstrate progress and direct positive change. We believe it is important to communicate the impact of our grantees’ research to show the value of our Extramural investments.

PAB Functions

We partner with staff to:

• Create and share methodologies
• Conduct independent, systematic and rigorous analyses of DERT programs and portfolios
• Manage two essential DERT contracts
• Present findings internally, at academic conferences and to grantees
• Develop systems that capture and provide critical information
