Worker Training Program
Each year, the Worker Training Program (WTP) holds technical webinars, meetings, and workshops. These events address scientific, administrative, and regulatory issues related to training workers who work with and clean up hazardous materials and who respond to emergencies involving hazardous substances, including viruses like SARS-CoV-2.
2024 DOE Nuclear Worker Training Program NOFO Briefing Informational Meeting Monday, June 3, 2024 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. EDT Register here During this briefing, NIEHS staff will explain the purpose of the program, provide instructions about the application process, and answer questions. A summary of questions and answers discussed during the briefing will be available upon request from NIEHS at wetp@niehs.nih.gov and may be posted on a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page under WTP current funding opportunity announcements.
