NIEHS is excited to release the 2019 - 2020 NIEHS WHO Collaborating Centre Annual Report (3MB) summarizing NIEHS’ Global Environmental Health work in 2019 and 2020. In a year with unprecedented challenges and changing plans, NIEHS is proud to have produced a new webinar series on climate and health, re-launched the NIEHS Climate Change and Human Health Literature Portal with more than 12,000 curated scientific publications, and supported a series of in-person and digital events that aimed to build capacity of environmental health scientists around the globe. The report also describes progress with two important global environmental health grant programs, the Harnessing Data Science for Health Discovery and Innovation in Africa Program (DS-I Africa) and the GEOHealth Hub program.
