A new video developed as part of the 2017 American Meteorological Society Annual Meeting’s “17th Presidential Forum: Earth System Observations in Service to Society” highlights the connection between climate and health, and how observations inform our ability to prepare for and respond to climate-related events. Speakers discuss how new technology and models help scientists and forecasters better understand weather and climate and better respond to health threats from both. NIEHS staff featured in the video discuss health modeling.
