2005 WETP Meetings and Workshops

Worker Education and Training Program

The Worker Education and Training Program (WETP) conducted two Awardee Meetings and Technical Workshops/Conferences in 2005. The Spring 2005 Awardee Meeting and Technical Conference, Keeping Quality Current: An Update of the NIEHS Minimum Criteria for Worker Health and Safety Training for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, was held March 30 - April 1, 2005 in Manhattan Beach, California. The Fall 2005 Awardee Meeting and Technical Conferences, Katrina Response: Flexible, Focused Training for Disasters, was held October 19-21, 2005 in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
