Superfund Research Program

The NIEHS proposes the continuation of the Superfund Hazardous Substance Research and Training Program (P42) Request for Applications (RFA) to address the broad, complex health and environmental issues that arise from the multimedia nature of hazardous waste sites. SRP Center grants support problem-based, solution-oriented research Centers that consist of multiple, integrated projects representing both the biomedical and environmental science disciplines, as well as cores tasked with administrative, community engagement, research translation, research support, and training functions.

RFA-ES-14-007 for Fiscal Year 2015 funding was released on June 12, 2014, and the application deadline was September 3, 2014. This RFA was a re-release of RFA-ES-14-001, which was terminated on May 16, 2014 (please see NOT-ES-14-008).
