Dorothy Duke has been in grants management at NIEHS since 1990 and has been chief of the Grants Management Branch since 1999. She has a B.S. degree in education from Georgia State University. Prior to grants management positions, she worked in the NIEHS Office of Program Planning and Evaluation, Budget Office, and as an R&D Contract Specialist.
