Protocols

Immunohistochemistry

The Immunohistochemistry staff has established optimized protocols for immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining. Please note that protocols are continually updated and primary antibody dilutions may change with different lot numbers. Also, be aware that if you need staining for an antibody not listed on this website, staff members will work to develop protocols for them. For questions about a specific protocol or the optimizing of a new antibody, please contact Natasha Clayton . All protocols are in Adobe PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the protocol files.
