Electron Microscopy
Electron Microscopy provides routine transmission electron microscopy (TEM) support for the Institute that includes tissue collection, processing, embedding, sectioning and electron microscopy with preparation of digital photomicrographs. Staff members are available to consult with investigators on technical aspects. A pathologist with expertise in electron microscopy is available to assist and advise laboratory staff, consult with NIEHS investigators, and evaluate electron micrographs.
