Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, Bethesda, MD, for out-of-town guests attending the meeting. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda has rooms reserved for guests arriving on Monday, January 12, 2009, and departing on Thursday, January 15, 2009. There are also a few rooms reserved for the evening of January 15 for guests who cannot get a flight out until January 16, 2009. The contracted government room rate is $209 plus tax per night. You will be responsible for making your own reservations and for the cost of the room and any incidental charges upon check-out.
To receive this contracted group room rate, please contact the Hyatt Regency Bethesda no later than December 15, 2008, at (301) 657-1234, and reference the NIEHS Room Block. After December 15, 2008, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis at the prevailing hotel rate.

From Washington/National Airport (18 Miles)
Take George Washington Parkway to I-495 North, to Wisconsin Avenue South,
Exit 34 South. Hotel is on right, 2 miles.
From Dulles International (18 miles)
Take Dulles Access Road East to I-495, to Wisconsin Avenue South, Exit 34
South. Hotel is on right, 2 miles.
From BWI Airport (32 miles)
Take I-95 South to I-495 West towards Silver Spring/Chevy Chase. Take 355
South in direction of Bethesda/Washington, DC which turns to Wisconsin Avenue.
