Diane L. Spencer, M.S.

Ms. Spencer is a Health Scientist in the National Toxicology Program's Office of the Report on Carcinogens, which is responsible for scientifically reviewing substances and preparing the RoC, a congressionally mandated document that identifies substances that are probable human carcinogens. She has worked at NIEHS for over 27 years, as a research technician and laboratory manager before joining the NTP.
Spencer, a native of Canada, earned a B.A. in biology from Rollins College and an M.S. in biology from the University of Miami.
